Greece wasn't built in a day

Remember the times when pleats, drapes and folds were all the rage back in Ancient Rome 2000 years earlier? It's back and taking centre stage for this year's summer trends. By storm. Long swishing robes cut short, from ivory to statement colours. Even drawstring pants are rather far cries from the chopping board.

Greek inspired clothing are not necessarily the classic one shoulder nor a floor length dress. As long there's pleating, draping and folding involved, the Greek theme can be incorporated into modern day clothing.

                                       1. Bridal dresses
Modern day brides can opt for a Grecian-Rome cut styled dresses for a timeless, precise yet elegant look, with rope stitch embroidery detailing and golden cords.

2. boot sandals
A boot-sandal hybrid, usually a wraparound fabric secured by belts or rope.
A boot on top, a flip-flop at the base.

3. Gladiators
It's actually Roman, but still it sorts of gets the Greek inspired theme.
After all, the Greeks once migrated to Rome aeons ago.

4. metal jewellery
Cuffs, chokers- vintage styled pieces that could go well with any outfit for the extra Old World Glamour.
Perfect for pulling a look together.
